Case description
Surgical video case: 44 years old underwent total laparoscopic hysterectomy with bilateral salpingo oopherectomy with extensive adhesiolysis for presistent pelvic pain. Laparoscopic entry was performed with Hassan's tachnique in supraumbilical region and 10 mm primary port was inserted. Secondary ports 5mm each were placed contralateral. Monopolar scissors and (brand hidden - hybrid device). Patient had previous 2 caesarean sections.
