Case description

Cholecystocholedocholithiasis is relatively common, accounting for up to 15% of the incidence. A single-event resolution is an excellent option for resolving both pathologies. The rendezvous technique facilitates selective cannulation. It reduces the risk of post-CPR pancreatitis. It can be performed before, during, or immediately after completion of the laparoscopic cholecystectomy. A good option is during the cholecystectomy, with the participation of a surgeon and an endoscopist. This shortens the anesthesia time for both procedures. It is essential to have everything necessary to perform both procedures successfully.
