Case description

During laparoscopic cholecystectomy if you encountered a hard (? calcified) lesion in the Rt Copula like this, with a possible mediastinal shift to the left. Of course these are intraoperative findings, not detected preoperatively, in 65 yrs old female. What’s your decision at this moment?
