Case description

You should have at least one 10 mm port during laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Ten mm port is essential for insertion of piece of gauze for dissection, compressing bleeding vessel, or introducing a needle to safely control bleeding vessel. As while you were waiting for one minute to replace your 5 or 8 mm port with 10 mm port, your patient lost 200 ml blood or more as you see in this case. Here, I want to ask about the possibility of using laparoscopic Pringle maneuver, what's your experience with this technique?
