Case description

Suprapubic (Bottom-up) pre-peritoneal access compared to traditional TAPP offers the advantage of avoiding lateral intraperitoneal port placement, trans-peritoneal opening, and closure of peritoneum which may be cumbersome in certain cases. R-PeTEP compared to traditional eTEP access with cross-over (bilateral disinsertion of the medial border of the posterior sheet of rectus fascia), R-PeTEP access preserves the integrity and native dynamics of the Core. Inan Inverting Plication (IIP) aimes to restore Linea Alba naturally and durably with an inwards plication of the enlarged diastasis recti by an open surgery mimicked, reverse-engineered, on purpose re-designed, robotically enabled CONNELL suture
