Surgical video case: 25/F with h/o recurrent non-specific pain abdomen and constitutional symptoms for last one year. Patient had low SAAG ascites with equivocal biochemical and radiological findings. Diagnostic lap was done and biopsy proved TB. On ATT-IP. Has improved beyond expectations.
