Case description
During many laparoscopic procedures such as Lap Chole, you are usually confronted with adhesions especially those of previous CS. Some surgeons don't deal with these adhesions at all, some do adhesiolysis even in the presence of extensive adhesions which may consume a lot of effort and time in addition to the high risk of thermal injury that may occur. Other surgeons do adhesiolysis for single band or minimal adhesions especially if they look with a high risk of entrapping bowel loops causing obstruction and strangulation, but do not touch those with extensive adhesions.
