This video demonstrates laparoscopic exploration of the common bile duct and intra-hepatic ducts by our Advanced MIS fellow. This was the fellow's first experience with laparoscopic common bile duct exploration.The fellow performed both manipulation of the 3-mm flexible choledochoscope and stone extraction with the basket. A total of 45 stones were removed.
