Case description

20 year old female presented with feature of postprandial pain abdomen and recurrent vomiting since 6 months. History of recurrent hospitalizations for the same and she was being managed conservatively and discharged with mild improvement in symptoms. H/o Lordosis correction surgery 15 months back. EGD was done which was reported normal. CT angiography clinched the diagnosis of Superior mesenteric artery syndrome. She was optimised and posted for laparoscopic Duodenojejunostmy. Dr P.K. Reddy
