Video shows laparoscopic transgastric drainage of a pancreatic abscess with necrosectomy and cystogastrostomy. Patient was 45 yo morbidly obese male patient with infected necrotizing pancreatitis. CT scan showed retrogastric fluid collection that was punctured under CT-guidance and was positive for S.aureus.
