Annual Meeting of the Association of Paediatric Anaesthetists of Great Britain and Ireland

The Association of Paediatric Anaesthetists of Great Britain and Ireland (APAGBI) cordially invite you to their 42nd Annual meeting in the sparkling granite city of Aberdeen. Located on the North East coast of Scotland, the city will welcome delegates for a great scientific and social programme in the Energy Capital of Europe.

This is a joint event with the U.S. Society for Pediatric Anesthesia (SPA) and features speakers from The UK, the USA and Europe. The meeting is preceded by a half-day cardiothoracic anaesthesia symposium organised by the Congenital Cardiac Anaesthetic Network.

The meeting offers parallel streams and workshops, which provide plenty of learning opportunities for all anaesthetists with a paediatric interest. The topics covered span the breadth of paediatric anaesthetic practice from thoracic anaesthesia to revalidation, with views from both sides of the Atlantic. There are also innovative problem solving sessions, sessions devoted to foreign charity work, trauma, and quality improvement.
