- ESCP was formed in 2005 from a merger of EACP (European Association of Coloproctology) and ECCP (European Council of Coloproctology). It is registered in Scotland under the UK Companies Act 1985, as a company limited by guarantee with charitable status, and not having a share capital.
ESCP aims to be the professional organisation in Europe for the prevention and treatment of colorectal disease through education, training and research.
We are a not-for-profit membership organisation, with an elected Council and Board of Trustees.
