Case description

The failure to bypass and remove a broken file frequently leads to surgical intervention. The exception lies in roots with weine II canal configuration. Bypassing a file that was broken in MB1 from the MB2 is a common procedure in my practice and it definitely improves the prognosis of NSRC treatment or retreatment. If these canals join in a type II Weine canal configuration then the prognosis is excellent even without removing the broken fragment.
