I texted a gentleman the other day during the AAE 21 (Matt P) - he is an incredible endodontist and it was great to say hi - he taught many things! One was that after final irrigation, sometimes your GP won't go to length -debris may have fallen apically. I never thought about that until that point! Just take your final shaping file and take it back to length (you may have to take a small handfile before)
