Restrictive foramen ovale width ≤ 2 mm, > 5 mmHg gradient. Ballooned interatrial septum towards the left atrium dilated right atrium and right ventricle RV / LV output increase. Ductus arteriosus with wide and posterior angulation (% 65). Permanent or slow dissolution of right ventricular failure Postnatal pulmonary hypertension
