Different ear, nose and throat (ENT) symptoms may appear in cases of several rheumatic diseases (RD). The aim of our study was to find the most common ENT manifestations in patients with RD; to find RD which began with ENT symptoms; to reveal possible associations between age, gender, ENT symptoms and complications among patients with RD. A retrospective study was conducted by analyzing records of patients who were hospitalized in Rheumatology and Otolaryngology departments of Pauls Stradinš Clinical University Hospital. The data obtained were statistically processed using IBM SPSS Statistics 22.0 software.
