Framework tryin (Sheffield tech), waxup and flasking. This patient lost his anterior teeth over several years due to combative training. He was given 3 x external hex implants and 1 recent internal hex implant. Here is how we solved this riddle. Mind you, we also tried a complete porcelain FDP that didn't' fit initially.
