Orthodontics Case #1 - Currently 10 Months In Fixed Ortho Appliances

This is my comprehensive treatment planning board case - a case that involves me providing the following therapy (with assistance from mentors):
fixed ortho appliances, implant placement, orthodontic intrusion, crown lengthening surgery and finally - full mouth rehab. We're currently at 10 months of active ortho treatment - soon to be starting the restorative phase - beginning with a mandibular implant supported/retained RDP to ensure that the intruded tooth #14 doesn't move south again!
Next visit goals: Increase the overjet of teeth #23/34 with a chipmunk elastic (button bonded to the palatal of #23); finalized closure of md diastemas
