Case description

In this case, no capsular bag is present (aphakia) and the patient has 2.5D of corneal astigmatism. An Envista MX60T toric lens is implanted using the eyelet present at the haptic-optic junction using 7-0 GoreTex suture for scleral fixation. The video by Ike Ahmed.
