Case description

The technique involves the fixing of LPS to the Muller muscle. No suture is applied to the tarsal plate. The result is visible soon after surgery. There is no danger of lagophthalmos and hence danger to the cornea. The steps of operation are very nicely depicted. It should be easy for every surgeon to perform this surgery.
