Case description

Capsular fornix hydrodissection is a superior technique because it places a longer right-angle cannula tip deep into the capsular fornix. This causes the path of least resistance to be posterior rather than anterior. And this causes a highly reproducible dissection wave. Because this occurs at a high rate of reproducibility, it improves efficiency and consistency. The technique is easy and safe and I have not had a complication related to it.
