Case description

The lid is double everted and the tarsal plate is controlled. Three incisions are made in the fornix. The Muller muscle is caught at three points at the site of origin. The muscle is then folded/plicated at 5-6 mm distance. The closure is sutureless. The pre and postoperative pictures are shown. The film is in 3 D, if you have a prism, else enjoy one side of the pair.
