Case description

The patient had left eye hypertropia, inability to adduct. Also on attempted dextroversion, the palpebral aperture narrowed, while on abduction, the aperture widened. Surgery of left superior rectus and left inferior rectus in a particular manner, made good cosmetic improvement.
