Case description

The difference from earlier technique is this: Earlier the LPS was sutured to the anterior surface of the tarsal plate. Now it is tied to the Muller muscle, 1-2 mm from the upper edge of the tarsal plate. Thus LPS gets attachment to the upper edge of the tarsal plate through MM. Surgical steps are reduced. The action becomes most natural for LPS. There is minimal handling of the tissues. No tissue is removed. Any eye surgeon is capable of doing this simple surgery. There are millions of patients with ptosis waiting for your golden touch. For slight modest ptosis, my technique is plication of Muller muscle only through the same incisions. I have already posted that video on MEDtube.
