We have finally delivered this implant supported hybrid denture - as of today. We elected to refrain from having any CR/MI and excursive contacts. The casting did not fit all 4 implants, therefore, we elected to use only 3 implants.
Access hole closure: The super fast set Blue Mousse was a poor idea (set too fast), and I elected to use cotton pellets to block the access holes. I used regular composite to fill the access holes after torquing the implant screws to 35 Ncm
