The Implant and Aesthetic Academy was founded in 2004 by two Specialists dedicated to sharing their knowledge and passion for dentistry and more specifically implantology and aesthetics.
Dr Howard Gluckman & the late Dr Mark Otto, began giving private courses in 1998 which developed into a comprehensive course on all aspects of Implantology that we have today. The lack of postgraduate training in implantology at the time at any of the Universities in South Africa had made the Academy a premier institution for dental practitioners to be trained in Implantology and Aesthetics.
