Case description

Clinical Case: A 58-year-old patient with stage IIIA lower third esophageal tumor received preoperative CRT and underwent surgery at 6 weeks. A completely laparoscopic approach was used in the abdominal and thoracic region performing extended lymphadenectomy and intrathoracic anastomosis with purple endogia. The patient was discharged 12 days postoperatively without incident.
