Case description

35 y/o female with Primary Hyperaldosteronism. CT showed a 2.8 cm mass left adrenal gland. Laparoscopic adrenalectomy done using Harmonic Scalpel via two 5mm ports and a 10mm optical port at left subcostal area. Patient placed in right lateral decubitus position with a 15 degree angle break in the operating table.
