Case description

Video shows laparoscopic duodenojejunostomy for SMA syndrome. Case: 58-year-old woman with sub-acute onset nausea, vomiting and midepigastric abdominal pain. Significant weight loss after job loss; chronic anxiety disorder. Physical exam: vital signs stable; slim female with soft flat abdomen. EGD: distended stomach and duodenum, no neoplasia, no mucosal abnormality. CT: gastroduodenal obstruction.
