Traditional Medicine-2013 is all about health practices, approaches, knowledge and beliefs incorporating plant, animal and mineral-based medicines, spiritual therapies, manual techniques and exercises, applied singularly or in combination to treat, diagnose and prevent illnesses or maintain well-being.
This conference aims to bring together experts from multi-disciplinary fields that are interested in traditional medicines from various field of expertise, such as ecologist, botanist, linguist, anthropologist, sociologist, psychologist, physician, toxicologist, theologians and religious experts. This meeting will enable the exchange of ideas and knowledge to facilitate research advances.
