New Frontiers in Interventional Cardiology workshop (NFIC) is an annual meeting in Krakow (Poland) which gathers cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, specialists in angiology and radiology from all over Europe, Japan and USA.

On behalf of Course Directors, Co-Directors and Organizing Committee we would like to welcome you at the 17th NFIC in Krakow, Poland on December 7th-10th, 2016.

The first meeting took place in 1999 and since then it has grown into an international workshop with more than 1400 participants each year (doctors, nurses, pharmaceutical industry). The course focuses mainly on acute coronary syndromes and live case presentations with panel discussions. However, each year dedicated sessions to new challenging innovations in interventional cardiology are also held including structural heart disease, imaging and peripheral interventions.

There are also satellite symposia and hands-on training (CTO workshop) as well as sessions dedicated for students.

The course is under the patronage of AISN PTK - Association of Percutaneous Cardiovascular Interventions of the Polish Cardiac Society.
