The 35th Pan-American Congress on Otolaryngology and Head & Neck Surgery will be held from June 13th to 16th, 2016, in Havana, capital of solidarity and fraternity. This event periodically brings professionals of this sector together so as to analyze those otolaryngology-related plights around the world.
For those people striving to enhance their knowledge and learn about Otolaryngology´s most recent advances and development, this 35th Pan-American Congress is undoubtedly the best option. During the event, delegates and their family members will have the chance of enjoying a social program which includes special tours all over Cuba´s wonders of nature and architecture ¨Key of the Americas¨ and mainly all over Havana´s, World Heritage title granted by UNESCO in 1982 and considered on December 7th, 2014, in Dubay, as one of the seven wonder city worldwide for its global diversity in the urban society.
Professionalism, high performance of health services, as well as the kindness provided by Cuba, have favored its capital to be annually visited by thousands of health specialists from all over the world so as to exchange their experiences with Cuban colleagues.
It is a great honor and responsability for me to chair this important and momentous event, designated at the General Assembly of the Pan-American Otolaryngology Association in Mar de Plata, Argentina, 2012.
