The Canadian Association of Ambulatory care will be holding our 4th Annual conference. This is your opportunity to network and share your knowledge, expertise and research ideas with your colleagues in Ambulatory Care to influence the future healthcare in Canada.
HOW TO APPLY ONLINE
All Authors are invited to identify their preferred mode of presentation. Those submitting are encouraged to adhere to the following guidelines. Abstracts must be in MS Word format including the title, abstract, authors and organizations. The document must be typed single-spaced in font size of 12 and not to exceed 300 words.
