Registration and fees
To register for the participation in the Congress, please fill out the registration form and pay the fee within 5 days from the date of registration.
Deadline for the early registration is September 30, 2013.
Costs of the Congress
If you register before September 30, 2013:
800 PLN (200 EUR)
If you register on the day of the Congress:
1000 PLN (250 EUR)
The registration fee includes:
Participation in lectures given by well known experts
Conference materials
Certificate of participation
Lunch and coffee breaks
The fee does not include accommodation.
Accommodation in the InterContinental Hotel:
Single room - 450 PLN (110 EUR) per night
Double room - 300 PLN (75 EUR) per person per night
