UEG Practice Course: Evidence Based Medicine

 The programme will combine interdisciplinary clinical cases with questions of diagnosis and therapy. Search strategies should be formulated by the meeting participants in order to answer the questions raised and train their critical appraisal. The transfer of EBM into clinical practice will be discussed and EBM learning opportunities shall be identified to finally integrate EBM into the daily clinical practice at home. The course delegates will be guided by tutors and stimulated with short input lectures. Consequently, they will be asked to work in break-out groups and report back the results achieved. Fruitful and productive discussions can be expected.
