The patient sustained a mandibular fractures involving a 31, 41, 42 and a 37,38 with fracture lines running down to the base. Several investigations where done including 3D x-rays taken and several OPGs. The immobilisation was done by help of arch bar on the mandibular arch and a Ridons wiring technique done on the Maxillary arch. Then IMF was done to lock the jaws to initiate immediate healing of the fracture lines.
