Case description

This video shows an echocardiography of a patient with Marfan syndrome suffering from mitral valve prolapse with moderate mitral regurgitation, dilatation of the aorta and moderate LV dilatation. The follow-up after 4 years showed important dilatation of the aorta and aortic dissection. Patient underwent a surgery, which effects we can see on the last video. Video by Maged Al Ali MD
