Case description

TTE parasternal long axis view with color doppler recording shows left ventricular aneurysm of the posterolateral wall, with wide neck, in a case of severe ischemic heart failure. In addition there is significant ischaemic mitral regurgitation with tenting and assymetric tethering of the chordae of the mitral leaflets with posteriorly directed regurgitant jet.
