Case description

It was such a complicated case, with multiple failures with glaucoma surgery. The upper limbus was completely scarred. Doing surgery in scarred (no lymphatics) are is destined to fail. The lower limbus was virgin. A microtrack was made with 200 micron Fugo blade tip, in no time. Glaucoma surgery is simply making a filtration track in to healthy tissues having functional lymphatics. The more there is dissection, the greater the chances of scarring and failure on a long term.
