Case description

The condition may also occur secondary to trauma,
surgery, tumor-obstruction, radiation, portal hypertension,
congestive heart failure and Kaposi sarcoma. The
differential diagnosis includes filariasis, pretibial
myxedema, and stasis dermatitis. Obesity is a significant
predisposing factor.
