DRIVING HEALTH CARE EXCELLENCE IN A HIGH-TECH WORLD
The 2020 ACOG Annual Clinical and Scientific Meeting’s theme is Driving Health Care Excellence in a High-Tech World. As technology continues to improve by leaps and bounds, ob-gyns and our profession must keep up with these new advances in order to continue to provide women with the best health care possible. In the spirit of our theme, we’ve come up with an innovative program that will help you take your practice, knowledge, and advocacy to the next level.
Join us in Seattle as we learn the latest updates in obstetrics and gynecology and hear about how our practice can change—and is changing—alongside technology’s progress. Last year I had the privilege of announcing my presidential initiatives during my inauguration. My initiatives focus on my passions: supporting more research in women’s health care and re-envisioning the system of delivery of surgical care that optimizes patient safety and patient outcomes. Both of my initiatives tie in closely with technological advances in health care, so I’m especially enthusiastic to see how attendees will take the information, guidance, and new ideas from this year’s meeting and turn them into incredible, important progress for ob-gyns, our specialty, and our patients.
I look forward to seeing you in Seattle.
