- Dr. Tushev graduated in medicine from the Medical University-Sofia in 1996 and since then he has been working as a surgeon in "Pirogov" University Hospital for Emergency Medicine. In 2009 he becomes a member of the team in the "Vita" Hospital and since the beginning of 2010 he has managed the "Vita Hernia Centre".
He is a surgeon with a lot of experience in general and digestive surgery and his permanent interests are in the field of the minimally invasive (laparoscopic) surgery.
Dr. Tushev has specialised in laparoscopic, colorectal and hepato-billiary surgery.
