In this video we have demonstrated the feasibility and efficacy of the LESS technique for removal of eroded slings from the bladder. This procedure offers excellent visualization inside the bladder and provides patients with a minimally invasive approach through a single small incision. Introduction of articulating instruments, multifunctional devices and a flexible 5-mm camera can overcome the limitations of a reduced number of ports.
