Here is the final product after a week of fooling around trying to develop a radiographic stent and index. I will have the patient insert the stent intraorally and take a CBCT.

I needed to take a cbct of my radiographic index/guide for a patient and a scan of a Nobel Guide Calibration tool. I also needed to suspend it 4 feet in the air - masking tape just wouldn't cut it.but my camera tripod did.

I'm creating a home in the maxillary cast for the implant lab analog w/ a lab bur. I will then use ortho acrylic to fixate the lab analog into the cast, using the surgical stent as I will intraorally.
