This 82 year-old male underwent a surgery of the larynx due to an advanced squamous cell carcinoma (total laryngectomy with glossectomy and partial pharyngectomy) A Traqueostomy was performed, The patient was referred for evaluation in our endoscopic unit by the oncologist due to a bleeding in the Traqueostomy Fistula.
