The View of True Vocal Folds Vibrations Through T Tube
Case description
In this video we can see the view of a true vocal folds adduction and its free edge vibrations. It is possible to see this through T-tube in a patient who had it performed for subglottic stenosis. To allow the true vocal folds full adduction upon the phonation the upper end the T-tube was well sited below them. We can see as well the false vocal folds, ventricles and laryngeal surface of epiglottis.
