Case description

This particular case presents a child with poorly controlled allergic rhinitis - video presents a bilaterally retracted eardrum with middle ear effusion. Distortion of the cone of light reflex is visible. Moreover, the handle of malleus became more horizontally aligned with its lateral process looks more prominent. Oversecretion of nasal mucous with postnasal drip could be noticed. The appearance of the adenoids suggests infection. The mucopurulent discharge is present.
