JSLS stands for Journal of the Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons. This is a periodic, peer-reviewed magazine of the Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons, whitch regards many specialties. JSLS provides the new trends exchange in the laparoscopic procedures. In JSLS articles of all issues, concerning minimally invasive technique, are published. The journal mission is to promote all aspects of laparoendoscopy and it is a kind of interspecialization forum to present opinions. JSLS is known in approximately 63 countries and has more than 20,000 readers, among which SLS members, libraries, and specializants. First time it was printed in 1997, and now exists in both paper and online version. Was concerned the top laparoscopic surgery journal, in April, June, August, November, December 2007 March, June, August 2008 and February, March 2009 resulted in the most often downloaded 100 out of 10,000 on IngentaConnec.
