Results of phacoemulsification after microtrack filtration operation-a one minute glaucoma procedure
Case description
In this video the results of phaco after microtrack filtration (MTF) glaucoma procedure are reported. Phaco was performed after 5 months after MTF. In early post operative after MTF patient had inner lumen block by some blood clot which was successfully removed by YAG laser shot. Preoperative findings before phaco revealed severe PEX, phacodonesis, IOP was 13-14 mmHg, bleb of good size. Surgeon was afraid of how the bleb and microtrack will behave during and after phaco surgery?
