In this video clip surgical managment of a case with blocked visual axis due to improper IOL implantation is shown. Patients visual axis is blocked by severely uptrawn pupil. A part of the iris in the visual axis is ablated and cut with the help of Fugo plasma blade. The technique is simple and nearly atraumatic.
